Tailored to individual needs, styles and skill sets for Ages 10-15.
Aimed to help boost confidence, improve physical and mental wellbeing, and learn new skills.

Wednesday
A fun way to improve and maintain your physical and mental health and wellbeing, by participating in stylised fitness steps to upbeat music.
Every Wednesday from 19:15-20:00pm
Inclusive for everyone above the age of 16, regardless of age or ability.
